摘要
采用高效液相色谱-质谱法对黄浦江上游水体中抗生素的分布特征进行检测分析,对其生态风险进行初步评价。结果显示,所有样点均检测到抗生素存在,种类包括6种磺胺类、3种大环内酯类和2种氯霉素类。磺胺甲恶唑、磺胺氯哒嗪、甲氧苄氨嘧啶、氟甲砜霉素、罗红霉素、泰乐霉素和红霉素分布最广泛,检出率为100%。抗生素的浓度在ng/L水平,氟甲砜霉素的平均浓度最高(36.85 ng/L),其次是磺胺二甲嘧啶(20.09 ng/L)。与国内外其他河流水体报道数据相比,黄浦江上游水体的抗生素总体水平相对较低。初步生态风险分析显示,目前的抗生素水平不存在生态风险。
The occurrence and ecological risk of selected antibiotics were investigated in the upstream of the Huangpu River. It was found that all 10 sampling sites were contaminated by antibiotics. 11 antibiotics were detected in water samples, including six sulfonamides, three macrolides and two chloramphenicols. Sulfamethoxazole, sulfachlorpyridazine, trimethoprim, florfenicol, roxithromycin, tylosin and erythromycin were detected in all smples with the frequenees of 100 %. Antibiotics were detected at the ng/L level, with the highest average concentration of 36.85 ng/L for florfenicol, following by sulfamethazine at the average concentration of 20.09 ng/L No ecological risk was found for the detected antibiotics.
