摘要 基于圆柱形锂离子电池套管生产过程的工艺流程,将套管设备结构分为五大部分:电池上料系统、胶管放料输送系统、垫片成型输送系统、工作系统和下料系统,对工作系统进行了重点介绍。该工作系统采用槽轮式电池翻转机构以实现电池的逐个及定向上料,采用多工位转盘代替机械臂来实现电池的上料及传送,通过打杆和取杆结构实现在一个动作中可同时完成取、放垫片的工序,运用无动力输入的校正机构确保电池和套管的正确位置。 Based on the technological characteristics of the cylindrical lithium-ion battery casing process, the structure of the casing equipment was divided into five parts, battery loading system, hose discharging and conveying system, gasket forming and conveying system, working system and unloading system, mainly focuses on the working system. In this working system, the individual loading and orientation of the batteries is realized by the fluted-feed turnover mechanism;the loading and transferring of the batteries is realized by multi-position turntable instead of mechanical arm; the picking and placing of the gaskets is realized simultaneously by the hitting and taking structures of rod ; the positions of the batteries and casing are guaranteed by the correcting mechanism without power input.
