摘要
山东省济宁市对雨洪资源最大化利用进行了有益尝试,探索出"养、蓄、用"三位一体的雨洪资源利用模式。养:实施生态修复,实现水源涵养;蓄:推进工程建设,实现雨洪拦蓄;用:优化水资源调度,实现高效利用。在雨洪利用取得显著成效的基础上,分析了雨洪资源利用存在的问题,提出了解决对策。
Jining City of Shandong Province has tried to maximize benefits of rain and flood water use, by taking an integrated approach of ＂ecological recovery and water conservation, storing and arresting rain and flood water by infrastructure construction, and realizing high-efficient water use by optimized water resources regulation＂. With summary of remarkable achievements in rain and flood water utilization, the existed problems are also evaluated with proposal of with relevant measures.
