摘要
知识管理高级阶段主要包含知识转化、知识转移和知识共享3种行为,存在着一定的区别和联系。现有的知识理论研究对这3个基本概念的认识存在着误区,阻碍了知识管理在理论和实践上的进展。本研究辨析了这3种主要知识行为的差异,阐释了它们之间的内在联系,指出了未来的研究方向,为知识管理理论研究的深化创造了有利条件。
The advanced stage of knowledge management mainly includes 3 kinds of behavior： namely, knowledge transformation, knowledge transfer and knowledge sharing, which have certain differences and connections. The existing studies of knowledge theory have misunderstandings of these 3 basic concepts, which hinder the progress on the theory and practice of knowledge management. This paper analyzes the differences of the 3 main knowledge behaviors, explains the intrinsic relationship among them, points out the future research direction and creates favorable conditions for deepening the study of knowledge management theory.
