子宫内膜干细胞在妇科疾病中的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 子宫内膜干细胞(endometrial stem cells,EnSCs)是存在于子宫内膜基底层具有多项分化和无线增殖潜能的成体干细胞,女性月经期子宫内膜的增生和修复与子宫内膜干细胞的活动密切相关。子宫内膜异常增殖所导致的妇科疾病如子宫内膜异位症、子宫内膜癌等均与子宫内膜干细胞的异常分化、增殖密不可分。该文主要对子宫内膜干细胞的起源、分离、培养、鉴定、分化潜能以及在妇科领域的最新研究进展作一综述。
