摘要
采用乳液聚合法制备出不同摩尔投料比的丙烯腈(AN)与马来酸二甲酯(DMM)共聚物,并采用傅里叶红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱分析、差示扫描量热分析、热重分析、X-射线衍射分析对其性能进行表征.结果表明:投料摩尔比与共聚物组成一致;当第二单体DMM摩尔分数为15%时,共聚物的熔点为220.9℃,且分解温度可达324.6℃;随着DMM摩尔分数的增加,共聚物中PAN的结晶程度逐渐降低.
A series of acrylonitrile (AN)-dimethyl maleate (DMM) copolymers with different molar ratios were fabricated by emulsion polymerization. The properties of the copolymers were studied by FT-IR, 1H NMR, DSC, TG/DTG, XRD. The results showed that the feeding ratio agrees well with the composition of AN-DMM copolymer. When the molar ratio of DMM is 15%, the melting point of the copolymer is 220.9℃, the highest decomposition tem-perature of the copolymers is 324.6℃. With increasing the molar ratio of DMM, the crystallization of polyacry-lonitrile (PAN) gradually decreases.
