摘要
研究了气相氯化法从钨粗精矿中挥发多金属的影响因素。研究结果表明:稀盐酸可以适当地提高钨品位,并可以除去40%的钙;钨粗精矿经过盐酸预处理后,主要元素的氯化挥发率高于未处理精矿。最佳氯化工艺条件为:温度700℃,保温时间1h,活性碳用量为原矿的20%,在此条件下还原氯化,钨的氯化挥发率大于99%,钼、锡的氯化挥发率大于97%;同时,铁、铝挥发率也较高,导致氯化物中的铁、铝含量较高;氯化残留矿样为熔融的盐状,结块严重。
Contributing factors to metals volatilized from rough tungsten concentrate by gas phase chlorination were studied. Results showed that diluted hydrochloric acid can not only increase tungsten grade to some extent but also remove 40% of calcium. After pre-treatment with hydrochloric acid, predominant elements in rough tungsten concentrate have a higher volatilizing rate than that without pre-treatment. From the research, it is found the optimal conditions for chlorination are as follows:reduction-chlorination process at a temperature of 700 ℃ and being hold for 1 h, with the dosage of active carbon at 20% of raw ore, resulted in the tungsten volatilizing rate after chlorination over 99%, more than 97% for the volatilizing rate of molybdenum and tin, as well as both higher for iron and aluminum, leading to the chloride with a higher content of iron and aluminum, and the residual slag looking like molten salt and seriously agglomerated.
