摘要
随着经济社会的不断发展,环境问题日益突出,在进行水利工程建设时必须正确处理好工程建设与环境保护的关系,在此情形下生态水利工程建设应运而生。文中通过介绍生态水利工程的基本概念,分析了生态水利工程对环境的影响,在此基础上提出了进行生态水利工程建设时所应遵循的几个原则。
With the continuous development of economy and society, environmental issues have become increasingly prominent. We must correctly handle the relationship between engineering construction and environmental protection during the construction of hydraulic engineering. Therefore, the hydraulic engineering construction of ecological issues emerged. This paper introduces the basic concepts of ecological hydraulic engineering, analyzes the impact of ecological hydraulic engineering on the environment, and puts several principles which should be complied with in the construction of ecological hydraulic engineering.
