摘要
为了从根本上解决农产品安全问题,近年来我国政府及相关企业纷纷将追溯体系运用到农产品质量安全领域。但从目前的形势来看全面推进这一体系仍存在一定的困难,其中最大的障碍就在于分散的农户对追溯体系建设的参与意愿不强。本文从农产品供应链角度出发,针对目前农户参与农产品供应链追溯体系建设的意愿不强这一现状,从供应链内外部分析产生这一现状的原因,最后从政府、供应链管理角度,为激励农户参与建设,进一步完善农产品质量安全追溯体系,提升农产品供应链竞争力提出一系列对策。
In recent years, in order to solve radically the safety problem of agricultural products, Chinagovernment and the related enterprises have applied traceability system to the quality safety field ofagricultural products. But it still is certain difficult to promote the system in the present state of affairs,and the biggest obstacle is that participation＇s enthusiasm of farmers in construction the traceabilitysystem is not strong. In the paper, from the view of the agricultural supply chain, the author analyse thereason why participation＇s enthusiasm of farmers in construction the traceability system is not strongfrom inside and outside the supply chain, finally the author puts forward a series of countermeasures toencourage farmers to participate in the construction traceability system, further improve the traceabilitysystem, and enhance the competitiveness of agricultural products supply chain.
