摘要
在国际金融危机的影响下,小微企业的发展受到各级政府的高度关注。来宾市政府也采取了一些措施来促进小微企业的发展。本文根据来宾市小微企业发展现状,找出小微企业发展过程中存在的诸多问题,如产业结构不合理、经营者素质不高、市场竞争力弱、政策支持不到位、各部门间协作能力不强等问题,提出从政策与融资扶持、合理架构服务体系、建立企业文化、开展社会培训、产业升级转换等对策来促进来宾市小微企业健康良性发展。
Under the influence of international financial crisis,the development of small and micro businesses is highly concerned by all levels of government. The Laibin citygovernment has taken some measures to promote the development of small and micro businesses. The author finds some problems in this regard,such as unreasonable industrial structure,the low-quality operator,weak-market competi-tiveness,inadequate policy support ,noncooperative inter-departments. The paper offers some countermeasures such as policy and finan-cial support,reasonable service system,establishment of corporate culture,implementation of social training,upgrading and transforma-tion of industry to achieve a healthy development.
