摘要
EA4T空心车轴的深孔加工存在质量不稳定、断屑排屑困难、刀具成本高、磨损破损严重等问题。本文重点研究了单齿和错齿BTA深孔刀具的磨损特点,分析了涂层BTA刀具的磨损机理,提出了改善BTA深孔刀具非正常磨损的途径。通过大量生产实践表明,改善刀具的非正常磨损能有效提高深孔加工的精度和表面质量,并降低加工成本。
The hollow axle deep hole machining quality is unstable, and the chip removal and the chip breaking are difficult, and the drill is severely worn and damaged, the tool costs are high and so on. The Research was focused on the blade drill and the three - interlocked BTA drill of wear characteristics, and the mechanism of tool wear coating BTA was analyzed. Finally, it is proposed to improve the way non - normal wear of the BTA drill . Through mass production prac- tices that improving abnormal wear of the drill can effectively improve the hole machining accuracy and surface quality and reduce processing costs.
