摘要
通过实验验证塑料制品在实际使用过程中可能接触到的几种化学试剂对PS–HI材料的腐蚀作用,研究发现植物油对PS–HI材料的腐蚀作用明显。经过7天的植物油腐蚀作用,PS–HI材料的冲击性能和拉伸性能均大幅度降低。因此对于一些精密制件或长期使用且有一定受力要求的塑料制品,在设计选材之初就应该考虑制品的使用环境及可能接触到的介质对材料性能的影响。
It is acknowledged that plastics parts would come into contact with the plant oil,bleachers and the other chemical reagents in the application. The erosive effect of chemical reagents mentioned above on high impact polystyrene(PS-HI) materials based on scientific chemical experiment were proved. The research shows that the plant oil has apparent erosive effect on the PS-HI materials. The impact property and tensile property of the PS-HI decrease largely after 7 days’erosive effect from plant oil. Therefore,to some precise productions or plastics parts which have stress requirement,it is very necessary to consider their using environment and possible contacts.
