摘要
以提高高职院校教师专业能力,促进教师专业发展为研究目标,以国家骨干高职院校建设单位——广州铁路职业技术学院为研究个案,针对高职教师专业发展经费短缺、培训实效性不强、再学习方式单一、发展路径模糊、运行机制不畅等现状,立足校本研训,积极开展校企合作、校校联合,建构了一套促进教师专业发展的"八位一体、一主双翼"研训模式,创新了教师专业发展的管理理念与运行机制,有效提升了"双师"素质和专业能力,促进了学院内涵建设和教学质量的显著提升。
This paper mainly studies the occupational ability of teachers in vocational colleges, on the base of a case study of Guangzhou Institute of Railway Technology. It first points out the problems existing in teachers’ occupational ability development, such as shortage of funds, low training effectiveness, single relearning style, fuzzy development path, non-smooth operating mechanism, and on the basis of school-based research and training, it actively develops school-enterprise cooperation and inter-school cooperation. A set of research and training modes and some management concepts and operating mechanisms have been innovated to promote teachers’ vocational ability. All this has significantly enhanced the quality and occupational ability of“double-quality”teachers, and promoted the great improvement of our college’s connotation construction and teaching quality.
