摘要
利用汽车内板件成形安全区域和缺陷区域的成形图能快速有效地制定冲压工艺方案。为了确定此成形图,使用Dynaform软件对不同工艺参数下的汽车内板件成形过程进行了数值模拟,并采用正交实验设计的方法分析了不同参数对其成形性能的影响,基于BP神经网络建立了各工艺参数与成形缺陷之间的网络关系。结果表明,成形图对实际生产具有很好的指导意义。
Using the auto inner panel forming diagram with the safe region and the defect area can constitute stampingprocess scheme quickly and effectively. To determine the forming diagram, the forming process with different parameters ofthe auto inner panel was simulated by using Dynaform software. And the influences of different parameters on the formingperformance were analyzed with the method of orthogonal experimental design. A network relationships between differentprocess parameters and forming defects were established based on the neural network. The results indicate that the formingdiagram has the very good guiding significance for the actual production.
