摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:将128例2型糖尿病患者随机分组为2组。对照组60例,以盐酸二甲双胍肠溶胶囊治疗;治疗组68例,在此基础上加服自拟降糖合剂。2组均以4周为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察临床疗效、2组治疗前后FBG、P2BG、不良反应等。结果:治疗组显效45例,有效22例,无效1例,总有效率98.53%;对照组显效21例,有效28例,无效11例,总有效率81.67%;2组总有效率比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗后2组FBG、P2BG均明显下降,与治疗前比较,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组治疗后FBG、P2BG比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效确切。
Objective：To survey clinical effects of integrative medicine in treating type two diabetes mellitus （T2DM）. Methods：All 128 T2DM patients were randomized into two group. Sixty cases of the control group were treated by metformin hydrochloride enteric-coated capsule; sixty-eight patients of the treatment group took glucose-lowering mixture on the foundation. One course of the treatment was four weeks, curative effects after two courses of the treatment, FBG, P2BG and adverse reaction of both groups were observed before and after treating. Results：There were 45 cases markedly effective in the treatment group, 22 cases effective, one case ineffective, total effective rate was 98.53%;there were 21 cases markedly effective in the control group, 28 cases effective, 11 cases ineffective, total effective rate 81.67%;the difference was notable in the comparison of total effective rate （P〈0.05）. FBG and P2BG of both groups after treating were decreased significantly, the difference was remarkable （P〈0.05）;the difference was significant in the comparison of FBG and P2BG between both groups after treating （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Treatment for T2DM by integrative medicine Ccould obtain definite effect.
