摘要
目的观察钙尔奇牌添佳片对燃煤型氟中毒雌鼠贫血的干预。方法选用SD雌性大鼠按体重随机分为对照组、高氟组、高氟+钙尔奇牌添佳片组(干预组),染氟组喂饲含燃煤型氟中毒病区煤烘烤玉米,对照组的玉米饲料来自于非病区。分别于染氟60 d、120 d、180 d断尾取血,进行RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV、MCH、MCHC测定。结果除60 d的RBC外,高氟组RBC、HGB、HCT均低于同期对照组(P<0.05),120 d、180 d干预组RBC、HGB、HCT均高于同期高氟组(P<0.05);60 d干预组MCV低于对照、高氟组(P<0.05);120 d干预组MCH、MCHC高于对照、高氟组(P<0.05)。结论氟中毒对SD雌鼠的红细胞系统有明显影响;钙尔奇牌添佳片能拮抗雌鼠燃煤型氟中毒所致的贫血现象。
Objective To observe the effect of Caltrate Additive tablets on anaemia in coal - fired Type fluorosis of female rats. Methods Female SD rats were randomly divided into three groups ： control group, high - fluorine group and high fluorine - in- toxicated rats strengthened with Caltrate Additive tablet group, Rats in each exposed group were fed with corn collected from the prevailng areas . The corn of control group fodder was collected from non endemic areas. At 60days, 120 days and 180 days, the tail vein bloods were analyzed with automated analyzer, including red blood cell （RBC）, hemoglobin （HGB）, hematocrit （HCT）, mean corpuscular volume （MCV）, mean corpuscular hemoglobin （MCH）, mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentra- tion （MCHC）. Results RBC, HGB and HCT of high - fluorine group were lower than the control group （ P 〈 0.05）, exclu- ding RBC at 60 d. RBC, HGB and HCT of the strengthened with Caltrate ~dditive tablet group were higher than the high - fluo- rine group（P 〈0.05）. At 60 d, MCV of the strengthened with Cahrate Plus tablet group were lower than that in the ＇control group and the high -fluorine group（P 〈 0.05）. At 120 d, MCH and MCHC of the strengthened with Cahrate Plus tablet group were higherr than those in the control group and the high - fluorine group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Fluorosis has varied influence on red blood cell system of female SD rats. Caltrate Plus tablet has evident antagonistic effect on anemia phenomenon- caused by coal type fluorosis of female rats.
