摘要
关于飞机起落架收放机构的研究主要集中于讨论平面收放机构的运动和动力学性能,未见到对包括空间机构在内的起落架收放机构运动形式进行分类分析的研究。文中以起落架收放机构所基于的单闭链机构为基础,将起落架收放机构分类为平面单闭链机构、空间单闭链机构和复合机构,利用基于算术运算和螺旋理论的Kutzbach-Grübler公式计算机构自由度的方法,首次分析了一种平面6杆收放机构、一种基于全转动副的空间5杆收放机构以及一种起落架收放复合机构,并分别建立数字样机进行了起落架收放运动仿真。
Research on 3-dimensinnal deployable mechanisms and classification analysis of landing gear is relatively rare when cnmparing to the researches on 2-dimensional deployable mechanisms. Single loop mechanism is considered as the hasis of deployable gear mechanisms, and the mechanisms are classified as 2-dimensional single loop,3-dimensional single loop arid composite deployable mechanisms. Traditional and screw theory based Kutzbach-Griibler formulas were used. A 2-dimensioltal 6-bar mechanism,a 3-dimensional 5-bar mechanism and a composite mechanism used for landing gear were analyzed for the first time. Digital mock-ups were built,and kinematic simulations were performed separately.
