气相色谱-质谱联用法检测药品包装用聚氯乙烯类硬片材料中5种邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂的研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:建立气相色谱-质谱联用方法,用于检测药品包装用聚氯乙烯类硬片材料中5种邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂。方法:气相色谱分离,质谱定性分析,外标法定量分析。结果:5种邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂浓度在1.9-17μg·mL-1范围内呈线性,r均大于0.99;在0.2-8.0 mg·kg-1添加浓度范围内的平均回收率为94.1%-104.9%,RSD为1.1%-4.7%(n=6)。结论:该法用于检测药品包装用聚氯乙烯类复合硬片聚氯乙烯类硬片材料中5种邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂,并能够适应大规模样品的快速分析要求。 Objective:To investigate a GCMS method for simultaneous determination of 5 kinds of phthalate plasticizers in polyvinyl chloride sheet. Methods:Phthalate plasticizers in the sample were separated by gas chromatography. Meanwhile,the mass spectrometry was applied for qualitative analysis and external standard method was utilized for quantitative analysis. Results:External standard curves for 5 kinds of phthalate plasticizers were in good linear relationship in the range of 1. 917 μg·mL1( r 〉0.99),the average recovery within the added concentration range of 0. 28. 0 mg·kg1was 94. 1%104. 9% and RSD was 1. 1%4. 7%( n = 6). Conclusion:This work provided an effective,accurate and highly sensitive method for the rapid detection of huge quantity of samples.
