α-干扰素和环氧合酶-2抑制剂对人肝癌细胞生长的抑制作用 被引量:2

摘要 环氧合酶-2(COX-2)参与了多种肿瘤的发生和发展过程[1],COX-2抑制剂塞来昔布可以有效抑制人肝癌细胞HepG2裸小鼠移植瘤生长及肿瘤血管生成,其作用是通过抑制COX-2的表达来实现的[2].本实验旨在观察α-干扰素(α-IFN)和COX-2抑制剂塞来昔布对体外培养的人肝癌SMMC-7721细胞生长的协同抑制作用.
