摘要
通过问卷调查法、访谈法、文献资料、数理统计等方法,对皖南10所高校太极拳开展现状进行了调查研究,调查结果显示:高校太极拳实践课教学时间短,理论课时相对较少,太极拳教师专业水平不高,学生对太极拳缺乏全面了解等。对调查中出现的问题进行了分析,并提出了解决问题的针对性建议,为太极拳在高校中更好的开展、普及提供参考。
Through questionnaires, interviews, literature, mathematical statistics and other methods, this article researches on the Taijiquan in ten colleges in the south of Anhui Province. The results show that the Taijiquan practice teaching time is short, theory course is relatively few, the lack of professional Taijiquan teach- ers, students have not fully understood the Taijiquan, it puts forward some measures and recommendations to solve the problem, and provides reference for the development and popularization of Taijiquan better in the universifies.
