摘要
设计一辆专用于轨道污物清理的清洁维护车,该车集清理和维护于一体,根据轨道结构特点设计清理机构的布局和运动方式,并且由中央控制台对一系列的清理、擦干和涂油等步骤进行控制,大大节省了人工操作,同时利用三维软件对整车进行建模、装配和分析,确定各机构之间的连接方式和合理布局,并且对总体系统组成、清理维护机构和安装方式进行了具体的介绍与分析。
A special cleaning and maintenance vehicle for cleaning the dirt on the rail was designed, it incorporated the functions of cleaning and maintenance. The layout and mode of motion of cleaning mechanism were designed according to the rail characteristics, and a central control board was used to control clean, wipe and oil painting which can save manual operations. At the same time, 3D software was used to modeling, assembly and analysis, so that the connection structure among mechanisms and reasonable layout were determined. At last, specific intrnduetion and analysis about the overall system of vehicle, cleaning and maintenance mechanism and the installation way were done.
