摘要 21世纪以来,随着计算机科学与临床医学的发展,医学影像学进入了飞速发展的时期,医疗机构对医学影像专业的毕业生的需求也逐渐加大。近年来,我国高等教育迅速发展,医学院校办学规模的不断扩大,医学影像专业的招生数量成倍增长,相应的专业教师队伍也逐渐壮大。师资队伍中的青年教师比例逐年增加,他们的培养质量直接关系到影像专业人才培养的质量及学校影像专业的发展,同时也是支撑医学院校发展的重要支柱之一。青年医师的培养是高校人才培养的重要组成部分,如何培养出高质量的医学影像青年医师一直是医学高等院校关注的热点问题。为了能使青年教师更好地适应医学影像发展的需要,需要重视和加强青年教师的培养,从而提高其综合素质,保证医学影像专业持续、协调、健康的发展。本文就如何提升医学影像学科青年教师的教学理念、教学素质、身心素质、思想政治及职业素质等方面进行探讨,旨在逐步提高医学影像学青年教师的培养质量,从而为培养出更多的综合型、创新型医学影像专业人才打下坚实的基础。 With the development of computer science and clinical medicine, medical imaging has entered a period of rapid development since the beginning of the 21 st century, the demand for medical imaging of medical institutions graduates has gradually increased. In recent years,the rapid development of China' s higher education leads to the enlargement of school size, the number of medical imaging students increased quickly and teacher group expanded too, The proportion of young teachers in the faculty increased year by year, and their quality is directly related to the quality of training and professional development of medical image specialty, and they will grow into one of the important pillars supporting development of medical colleges. The training of young physicians is an important part of talent cultivation in universities, and the training ways of young medical image teachers are always one of hot topics in medical colleges. In order to make young teachers to better meet the needs of the development of medical imaging, every college should pay more attentions to the training of young teachers,improve their overall quality of medical imaging professionals, and ensure a sustained, coordinated and healthy development of medical image specialty. This article discusses the ways of enhancing the teaching philosophy, teaching quality,physical and mental qualities,ideas and other aspects of political and professional quality in young medical imaging teachers. These actions will improve the training quality of young teachers, and produce more comprehensive, innovative medical imaging professionals.
