摘要
以甲醇为溶剂、投料比为3.0GPAMAM/N,N-二甲基乙醇胺=1∶16,N,N-二甲基乙醇胺/环氧氯丙烷=1∶1、反应温度50℃、反应时间12h的优化条件下,利用环氧氯丙烷与整代产品进行加成反应,以及环氧氯丙烷与N,N-二甲基乙醇胺进行季铵化反应,对3.0GPAMAM树状大分子进行阳离子改性。并采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振(NMR)对产品进行了结构表征。结果表明:所合成的产品与预期产物结构吻合较好,达到预期目标,且阳离子转化率达到90%以上。
The modified polyamide-amine(PAMAM) cationic dendrimers were synthesized by taking epoxy chloropropane and N,N-dimethyl ethanolamine as cationic modifiers, and the three-generation polyamide amine (PAMAM G3.0) dendrimer as material through Michael addition reaction and quaternary ammonium reaction. The optimum reaction conditions were:methanol as the solvent, mole ratio of PAMAM 3.0 to N,N-dimethyl ethanolamine was 1 : 16, mole ratio of N,N-dimethyl ethanolamine to epoxy chloropropane was 1 : 1, reaction time was 12h and reaction temperature was 50℃. The modified dendrimers were characterized by means of FTIR and NMR to determine their structures. The results showed that the products were same in accordance with expected one. The ionization degree of the polymers could reach more than 90%.
