摘要
研制成一种高性能双组分无溶剂改性环氧砂浆重防腐涂料。介绍了该涂料的配方和制备工艺。讨论了树脂体系、触变剂对涂层防腐性能及施工性能的影响,同时采用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)方法评价了涂层的防腐性能,并与国内同类产品的施工性能进行比较。
A high performance two-component solvent-free modified epoxy resin mortar heavy-duty coatings was developed. The formulation and preparation process were introduced. The influences of resin system and thixotropic agent on the corrosion resistance and applicability of coating were discussed. The corrosion resistance of coating was evaluated by EIS. The comparison of application performance between the product and market product was conducted.
