摘要 帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)是一种与衰老相关的神经退行性疾病,主要病理改变是黑质多巴胺能神经元的变性、丢失和多巴胺神经元中嗜酸性路易小体的形成。近几年对PD病理改变的研究取得了巨大进展,这主要得益于各种PD动物模型的广泛应用。但PD的病因目前仍不清楚,因此开发合适的动物模型有助于更好地阐明PD的病因和研发有效的PD治疗药物。本文主要对目前常用的PD动物模型的发病机制和应用中的优缺点进行综述,为研究评价者提供参考。 Parkinson's disease (PD) is an age-related neurodegenerative disease characterized by the loss of dopaminergic neurons and the formation of Lewy body in substantia nigra. In recent years, the research on PD pathology has made tremendous progress, mainly due to the wide use of PD animal models. However, the pathogenesis of PD is still unclear, so development of appropriate animal models can help us better understand the etiology of PD and test new neuroprotective agents and strategies. This review focuses on the most commonly used PD animal models and summarizes the pathogenesis, advantages and disadvantages of these animal models.
