摘要
虚拟现实技术已经在在电力培训方面得到广泛的应用,通常的发电站三维仿真系统中涉及的模型库庞大、设备模型特征数多,存在系统加载困难、运行不流畅等问题,利用模型轻量化技术、三维模型格式转化技术、系统轻量化技术,并结合虚拟现实技术和数据库挂接技术相结合的全新设计方法,对新建火电厂整个建设过程进行三维仿真模拟安装,包括每一个设备的详细安装细节直至整个电站全部建成进行了仿真,并结合设备结构的虚拟拆装仿真,成功地研发出火电站建设施工过程三维仿真系统。结果表明,本系统的设计方法对于其它大型工程实现三维仿真具有示范意义,该三维仿真系统模型加载时间明显缩短,系统运行流畅,并提高了三维仿真的视觉效果,进而提高了三维仿真系统在火电站设备建设施工方面培训的可用性,为电站建设施工企业带来可观的经济效益。
Virtual reality technology has been widely used in electric power training. Often Involved equipment models in 3d simulation systems of power station have a big amount in model library and exist complex characters in structure. These features always cause a simulation system to run unsmoothly and to load them difficultly. By using the equipment model lightweight technology, the model files format conversion technology, the system lightweight technology, and combining with the new band of methods of virtual reality technology and database linking technolo- gy, we make a whole construction process installation 3d simulation for new coal-power plant. It includes every detail of each device installation process. Finally we combine the simulation of equipments' virtual assembling and disas- sembling, develop the Electric Power Construction Training 3D Simulation System. Results show that the design methods of this system has significant demonstration value for other large engineering 3d simulation system, it can significantly shorten the equipment models load time, and the system running smoothly.
