摘要 基质金属蛋白酶.9在血脑屏障破坏中起着重要作用。脑缺血后,血脑屏障破坏会直接影响神经血管单元修复。对基质金属蛋白酶-9介导的缺血性脑损伤和神经血管重塑进行深入的研究,有望为临床脑缺血的诊治开辟一条新途径。 Matrix metalloproteinase-9 plays an important role in the blood-brain barrier disruption. Blood-brain barrier disruption may directly influence the neurovascular unit repair after cerebral ischemia. An in-depth study of matrix metalloproteinase-9-mediated ischemic brain damage and neurovascular remodeling is expected to open up a new way for the d/agnosis and treatment of cerebral ischemia in clinical practice.
