摘要
毒性弥漫性甲状腺肿(GD)是常见的自身免疫性甲状腺疾病,近年来免疫抑制剂——糖皮质激素(GC)在GD中的应用研究被广泛关注。本文依据文献,对GC治疗GD的适应证、作用机制进行综述,以期为GD时GC的治疗提供参考。
Graves disease （GD） is the common autoimmune thyroid disease.In recent years,people pay more attention to applied research of immunosuppressant--glucocorticoid （GC） in GD.According to the literature,this essay reviewed indication and pathogenesis of GC treatment in GD to provide a reference for GC treatment in GD.
