麦冬多糖对NOD小鼠颌下腺AQP5和VIP mRNA表达的影响 被引量:12

摘要 目的观察麦冬多糖对NOD小鼠颌下腺的保护作用。方法给予NOD小鼠高中低剂量麦多冬多糖灌胃11周,观察麦冬多糖对NOD小鼠颌下腺中水通道蛋白5(AQP5)及血管活性肠肽mRNA(VIPmRNA)表达的影响。结果麦冬多糖高中低剂量均可降低颌下腺淋巴细胞浸润度,上调颌下腺AQP5和VIP mRNA的表达。结论麦冬多糖对NOD小鼠颌下腺具有保护作用。 Objective To detect the effect of Ophiopogon japonicus on submandibular glands in NOD mice. Methods Ophiopogon japonicus polysaccharides( OJP) was administered and hydroxychloroquine was served as positive control. Histological changes in the submandibular glands( SMG) were examined by hematoxylin and eosin( HE) staining. Western bloting,AQP5( Aquaporin 5) and vasoactive intestinal peptide( VIP) in the submandibular glands were measured by Western bloting and real-time polymerase chain reaction( RT-PCR),respectively. Results Compared to the model mice,the extent of the histological changes of the mice administrated with Ophiopogon japonicus was ameliorated,and the VIP mRNA and AQP5 in SMG was up-regulated. Conclusion Ophiopogon japonicus could protect the submandibular glands in NOD mice.
