摘要
目的提取广西茉莉花叶中的总黄酮并探究总黄酮的抗氧化能力,为充分利用茉莉花资源提供理论依据。方法以95%乙醇为提取溶剂,超声辅助法提取茉莉花叶中的总黄酮;分别采用紫外分光光度法、邻苯三酚自氧化法研究其黄酮提取液对DPPH·和O2-·两种自由基的清除能力,以及利用普鲁士兰法测定其黄酮还原Fe3+的能力。结果茉莉花叶总黄酮对DPPH·和O2-·两种自由基的清除作用明显,且清除率与浓度存在一定的量效关系,清除率随黄酮的浓度增加而增强;茉莉花叶总黄酮对Fe3+也具有较强的还原能力。结论广西茉莉花叶总黄酮具有较强的抗氧化作用。
Objective Extracting the total flavonoid of leaves from Guangxi's Jasminum samba and study on its scavenge capability of oxygen free radical,in order to provide the theory basis for making full use of the jasmine resources. Methods With 95% ethanol as the extraction agent and using ultrasonic wave method for extraction flavonoids substances from the leaves of Jasminum samba; The scavenging effect of total flavanone on DPPH radical and O2·radical were studied by Ultraviolet spectrophotometry and pyrogallol autoxidation. What's more,Prussian method was used to determine the ability of flavonoids to restore Fe3 +. Results The results demonstrated that total flavonoid from leaves of Jasminum samba had a evident scavenging ability for DPPH radical and O2-·radical. And the clearance rate and concentration has certain quantity activity relationship,its clearance with the concentration of flavonoids increases with the enhancement. It also had a strong reduction ability for Fe3 +. Conclusion The total flavonoid of leaves from Guangxi's Jasminum samba has a strong resistance to oxidation.
