龙清泉举重上挺技术运动学分析 被引量:11

Kinematic Analysis of the Jerk Technique of Long Qingquan,Olympic Weightlifting Champion

摘要 运用三维运动学的方法研究龙清泉参加全国男子举重锦标赛上挺技术,结合举重技术的基本原则作分析。结果表明:预蹲阶段技术表现堪称完美,尤其是制动预蹲时间占预蹲时间的24%,制动预蹲时间为0.12 s,膝关节最低角度为108°,这是龙清泉作为该级别世界顶尖运动员的技术特点。上挺发力阶段技术表现优异,形成了火箭多级加速的发力,预蹲转化为上挺发力的时间仅为0.02 s,这也是龙清泉作为世界级优秀举重运动员的技术特点之一。但是,上挺发力阶段时间过长,说明龙清泉还"快"得不够,仍有很大的潜力可挖。支撑与起立阶段技术表现较为优异,因研究者该阶段划分方式的差异,对一些概念的模糊处理导致无法对龙清泉"快"作更为深入的比较。但该阶段也展现了"近""准"的举重技术原则要求。在第二个支撑——起立段收前腿时,杠铃晃动较大,这是龙清泉需要改进的环节。 Based on the method of 3D kinematics analysis, this paper analyzes Long Qingquan's jerk technique in the Nation- al male~ Weightlifting Championships in 2013. The effort is combined with the basic norm of weightlifting technique which more and more coach had practiced. The results show that:the pre - squatting stage technique is performed flawlessly, especially the braking time 24% of the pre -squatting time,brake pre -squatting time is 0. 12 s, minimum knee angle 108~, which is the level as Long Qingquan technical features the world~ top athletes only. Force stage was quite excellent for tech- nical performance,forming force acceleration just like a rocket dive to sky, pre - squatting into force on stage only 0.02 s, which was also one of technical characteristics that proved Long Qingquan as a elite weightlifters. However, this stage was too long for Long Qingquan to perform "fast" best. There is still potential to be tapped. The performance is more excellent in support and standing stage else, also show the "ear"and "precise" principle which weighdifting requires. But, author cannot analyze these stage "fast" detail for a more in - depth comparison because these scholar divided the stage due to differences in the way, some of the concepts was fuzzy, when forelegs close In the second phase of support -standing,the barbell sha- king larger, which is other part of Long Qingquan in need of improvement.
