摘要
本实验根据融雪机理及缓蚀机理,经大量实验筛选出缓蚀剂、抗蚀剂、助溶剂等有效成分进行复配和优化,制备了一种环境友好型氯盐融雪剂。冻融实验表明产品对混凝土无腐蚀,通过失重法测试产品对碳钢腐蚀率仅为0.01mm/a,大大优于国标要求。对植被影响较单纯使用氯盐的影响减小一半以上,冰点达-10℃以下,能满足我国大部分地区的融雪化冰要求。产品经济适用,适合大规模推广使用。
According to the experiments and inhibition mechanism of snow melting and through a lot of experiment, we screen inhibitor, corrosion inhibitor,solvent and other effective components to combine and optimize. Finally the preparation of an environmental friendly chloride snow melting agent obtained. Freeze thaw experiments show that the product has no corrosion on concrete, and the rate of the the corrosion to the carbon steel of the product is only 0.01mm/a by weight loss test, which is much better than the national standard requirements. The impact of the product to vegetation is single and after the use of chloride, the impact reduces more than a half. The freezing point of the chloride snow melting agent is below -10℃ which can meet the snow melting requirements in most regions of China. The product is economic and applicable which is suitable for large-scale popularization and application.
