摘要
生态文明是人类继农业文明、工业文明之后又一种全新的文明,强调人类在追求当代发展与消费的同时,要努力做到使后代人与自己的机会平等。多年来,宽甸满族自治县始终把生态文明建设和可持续发展作为各项工作的重中之重。对宽甸县生态文明建设规划与现状、制约因素进行探讨,总结了该县生态文明建设主要保障措施,以期对该县生态文明建设提供参考。
Ecological civilization is a new civilization style, foUowing the agricultural civilization and industrial civilization.It emphasizes that at the same time of pursuing contemporary developments and consumption, we should strive to makefuture generations have equal opportunity. Over the years, Kuandian County always takes the ecological civilization con-struction and sustainable development as a priority. In order to provide references for ecological civilization constructionof Kuandian County, this paper states the planning and status quo, the restraint factors, and summarizes the main safe-guard measures of ecological civilization construction of Kuandian County.
