摘要
对液化石油气储罐的热响应行为以及相应安全防护措施的研究进展进行总结,概述LPG储罐在外部高温环境下的热响应以及储罐安全防护的实验和模拟研究成果,并对这两方面的研究方法和特点以及定量、定性表征等方面进行概括性总结。对其中的热点和难点进行探索,同时提出可在安全阀多次开启情况下的响应、火灾部分包围储罐时的三维模型、热保护层材料理化特性在高温环境下的变化、罐体表面水膜的厚度对降低罐壁温度的影响等方面进行进一步的研究。
The thermal response behaviors of liquid gas storage tank and the research progress of related security protection measures were summarized. The experiments and simulation research on thermal response of the LPG storage tank under a high outside temperature and the security protection of tank were mainly sketched, and the research methods, characteris- tics, qualitative characterization and etc. of these two aspects were summarized. The research hotspots and the difficulty were explored, at the same time, suggestions on further research on the response of safety value after opened several times, 3D model of tank surrounded partly by fire, change of physico- ehemical property of thermal protective layer under high temperature, influence on reducing the temperature of tank by thickness of water film at tank surface, etc. were put forward.
