摘要
我国已经开始施行注册消防工程师制度,正在建立健全各项配套政策法规。在此起步阶段,了解日本消防监督管理的点检制度,对创新我国消防监督管理工作机制,促进消防工作社会化发展具有借鉴作用。介绍日本消防点检制度的基本情况和特点,以及消防专业技术人员在消防监督管理工作中发挥的作用,阐述了对我国消防监督工作的启示。
Certified fire protection engineer system has been implemented in China.Some corresponding laws and regulations have been establishing and improving.At this critical stage,the inspection system for fire equipment and built environment in Japan will provide valuable references for the innovation of fire supervision and management system as well as the development of fire prevention massification in China.In this paper,the basic information and characteristics of Japan＇s fire inspection system have been introduced.The important role of fire protection engineers in the fire supervision and management system in Japan has been demonstrated.Its inspiration to China＇ s fire protection supervision system has been put forward.
