notch信号通路对血管新生的作用 被引量:4

摘要 众所周知,notch信号通路在细胞分化过程中起决定性作用。近年来基因学和药理学研究发现多种细胞因子调控下的notch信号通路在血管新生过程中起枢纽作用。本文对notch信号通路、notch上游调节信号以及下游的效应器在血管新生的作用等进行综述。1 Notch信号途径概述1917年morgan等发现Notch基因,其功能部分缺失会导致果蝇翅膀的边缘缺损。
