摘要
随着海上油田的开发,尤其是边际油田的开发,高扬程电泵的需求迅速增加。目前国内高扬程电泵主要采用传统的半浮式泵,由于国产耐磨材料及加工精度问题,工作寿命相对较低。利用全浮式结构泵,从泵壳体强度、最大轴向力及最大允许轴功率3方面分析计算,最终得出各泵型的扬程极限,提高了机组使用的可靠性和工作寿命,现场应用效果良好。
With the development of offshore oilfields, especially marginal oilfields, the demand for the high-lift electric submersible pumps is rapidly increasing. At present, the high-lift electric submersible pumps used in the domestic are mainly traditional semi- floating pump. Their work life is short clue to the restriction of homemade wear-resistant materials and machining accuracy. A series of full-floating pumps are developed. The lift limit of each type of pump is determined according to the analysis and calculation of pump housing strength, maximum axial force and maximum allowable axial power, which makes the work reliability and life of the pumps increase, and the pumps are of good application result in field.
