Construction Practice on Water Quality Monitoring and Early Warning System for Urban Water Supply

摘要 我国城镇供水水源突发性污染频发,净水工艺落后和管网老化问题突出、供水安全管理方面存在亟需完善之处,全面推进供水水质监测预警系统建设,是加强城镇供水水质风险管控的重要技术保证。针对城镇供水水质监测预警系统建设,阐明了有关法律规定、规划要求、技术内涵,总结了主要建设模式,介绍了水专项示范案例,并对技术发展进行了展望,可资同类工程参考。 Sudden water pollution incidents happen so frequently at urban water supply sources in China, water purification technology is backward, the ageing of pipeline network is severe, and the water supply safety management needs to be improved. Comprehensively promoting the construction of water quality monitoring and early warning system is an important guarantee to strengthen risk management and control. For the construction of water quality monitoring and early warning system for urban water supply, the relevant legal provisions, the planning requirements, technical content were expounded, the main construction mode was summarized, demonstration cases of water special projects were introduced, and the technical development was prospected, providing a reference for similar projects.
