Design of Combination and Connection of Structures in Water Treatment Plants

摘要 面对不容乐观的江河水源水质现状,净水厂处理工艺除常规处理外,还需考虑预处理及深度处理,或者在厂平面中预留场地,因此平面布置中处理构筑物单元众多,各单元间相互连接的各类管线繁复。在工艺流程顺畅、管理维护方便的条件下,对处理构筑物和辅助建筑物进行合理的组(叠)合布置,可以有效节省宝贵的土地资源,使得处理构筑物布置集中,功能分明且环境协调优美。为此,介绍了处理构筑物组(叠)合设计以及构筑物间连接设计方法,可供参考。 Due to the deteriorating quality of raw water from rivers in China, pre-treatment and ad- vanced treatment or land reservation in water treatment plants using only conventional processes should be considered. Therefore, layout of treatment structures and connection of various pipes become much more complicated. Under the condition of suitable process flow and convenience of management and maintenance, the reasonable combination of structures could save the precious land resources, get structures together, clarify the functions and decorate the environment. Thus, the design of combination and connection of structures were introduced for reference.
