摘要
综述了果蔬中的农药残留现状、农药残留检测技术的研究进展和应用状况,探讨了近年发展起来的一些农药残留快速检测新技术。
Pesticide residues do harm to people＇s health and lives. The article reviewed the present situation and detection technique research progress of pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits. At the same time , some new pesticide residue fast test technologies were discussed.
