摘要 建立以二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠(DDTC)为络合剂,TritonX-100为萃取剂的浊点萃取-火焰原子吸收光谱法(CPE-FAAS)测定大米中痕量铜的方法。研究体系的pH、络合剂用量、表面活性剂用量、平衡时间、平衡温度、饱和氯化钠用量及共存离子对萃取效率的影响。在最佳条件下方法的富集倍数为10倍,检出限为1.59μg/L(n=11),线性范围为133μg/L~250μg/L。该方法用于两种大米中痕量铜的测定,回收率在97.00%~103.0%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)最大为3.6%。 A new method for determiantion of trace copper (Ⅱ) in rice by flame atomic absorption spectrometry combined with cloud point extraction was developed. The cloud point extraction system was based on TritonX-100 as surfactant and DDTC as complexing agent. The parameters affecting cloud point extraction, including pH, extraction temperature and time, dosage of extraction agent and complexing agent were investigated and optimized. Under the optimum conditions, a good linearity was observed for copper (Ⅱ) in the range of 133μg/L-250μg/L with the detection limit of 1.59μg/L and the relative standard deviations of 3.6 %. The recoverise were in the range of 97.00 %-103.0 %. The method was applied to the determination of copper (Ⅱ) in rice with satisfactory results.
