摘要
功能失调性子宫出血属中医崩漏的范畴,笔者通过多年的临床实践,认为肾虚是崩漏发病之根本。治疗思路:应立足于肾,兼清夹邪,兼顾他脏。治疗方法:治崩,根据病情变通运用治崩三法,且分阶段进行治疗;治漏,权衡邪正,以平为期。辨病与辨证结合,掌握辨证要点,随证加减,调整肾阴肾阳平衡。
Dysfunctional uterine bleeding belongs to the category of metrorrhagia. Through many years of clinical practice, it is found that kidney deficiency is the basic cause of metrorrhagia. Treatment thoughts： Treatment should be based on the kidney, while cleating other pathogenic factors and taking into account other organs at the same time. Treatment methods：For the treatment of metrorrhagia, three treatment methods should be applied flexibly according to the patient＇s condition, and the treatment should be phased; for the treatment of metrostaxis, the pathogenic factors and the regenerative ability should both be considered, and the balance of yin and yang should be restored. In a word, the key points are combining disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation to master the main points of syndrome differentiation, increasing or decreasing the doses according to the syndrome, and adjusting the balance of kidney＇s yin and yang.
