摘要
文章探讨"心肾相交"在现代心血管中应用,为心系疾患的临床诊疗和未来科研提供可参信息。研究"心肾相交"在心血管疾病中的实际应用,分析其临床诊疗成果的共性特征。中医补肾法在治疗冠心病、心律失常、慢性心衰等疾患中优势更加突显,辨证治疗中更加合拍,临床科研伴随基础研究渐深入且阐幽明微。基于"心肾相交"的补肾法广泛应用于现代心血管疾病的防治,该理论借助现代科学技术在心血管系统的内涵与外延中拓展的更深更广。
To explore the application of ＇coordination between the heart and kidney＇ in modem cardiovascular disease in order to provide the reference for the heart disease in clinical diagnosis and future researches. Studying the application of ＇coordination between the heart and kidney＇ in modern cardiovascular disease, the common characteristics of clinical diagnosis and treatments were analyzed. Tonifying kidney therapy in TCM had advantages not only in the treatment of the coronary heart disease, arrhythmia and chronic heart failure, but also in the treatment based on syndrome differentiation. Accompanied by basic research, the clinical research gradually revealed the essence of TCM. Based on the theory of ＇coordination between the heart and kidney＇, the tonifying kidney therapy had been used in the prevention and treatment of modern cardiovascular disease. In connotation and extension of cardiovascular system, the theory would be promoted deeper and more extensive with the help of modem technology.
