摘要
随着人们生活水平的提高,对果蔬、肉、蛋等食品的质量要求越来越高,从产地到消费地,需要始终处于低温环境,才能保证食品的新鲜度。文章分析了冷链物流概念和特点、发展冷链物流的必要性、冷链物流的条件、冷链物流存在的问题,最后,探讨发展冷链物流的对策。
With the improvement of people's living standard, it has higher demand for the quality of food, such as fruit and vegetable, meat and eggs. To ensure the freshness of food, it needs to be in low temperature environment from production site to consumer sites. The paper analyzes the concepts and characteristics of cold chain logistics, the necessity of developping cold chain logistics, the condition of cold chain logistics and the problems of cold chain logistics being faced, and finally explores the countermeasures for developing cold chain logistics.
