摘要
以河南某规模肉鸭场为研究对象,通过测定鸭场缓冲区、管理区、生产区、隔离区的CO2、NH3浓度,鸭场污水排出口和其上、下游河流中氨氮、TP、COD、BOD5的含量,以考察规模鸭场对周围空气质量和水环境的影响。结果表明:14个区域的CO2、NH3浓度呈现出隔离区>生产区>管理区>缓冲区的规律,且各区域之间均差异显著(P﹤0.05);4个区域NH3浓度均没有超标,但缓冲区、管理区的CO2浓度分别超标46.76%、18.73%。2鸭场污水排出口氨氮、TP、COD、BOD5浓度与其上、下游河流相比均差异显著(P<0.05),依次为污水排出口>下游>上游;鸭场污水排出口氨氮、TP、COD、BOD5浓度分别超标149.26%、70.25%、79.60%、95.16%;下游各项水质污染指数较上游分别提高了1.35、2.47、1.01、0.61倍。说明规模鸭场对周围空气中CO2浓度有一定的影响,对水环境造成了不同程度的污染。
The effects of larger-scale duck farms on air and water environment were investigated through detecting the concentration of CO2,NH3 in the air of the farm's buffer zone,management area,production area and isolation area,the content of NH3-N,TP,COD and BOD5 in the waste water and nearby river of a large scale duck farm in Henan province.The results showed that the concentration of CO2 and NH3 in isolation area were the highest,followed by production,management and buffer zone (P< 0.05).The concentration of NH3 in the air of the four area did not exceed the figure allowed.The concentration of CO2 in the buffer and management area exceeded maximum contaminant level proposed by 46.76% and 18.73%.The content of NH3-N,TP,COD and BOD5 in the outfall of duck waste water had significant difference from those in its downstream and upstream(P< 0.05).Each index in the outfall of duck waste water exceeded maximum contaminant level proposed by 149.26%,70.25%,79.60% and 95.16%,respectively.The water pollution index of downstream was raised 135%,247%,101% and 61% compared with the upstream.It is indicated that the large-scale duck farm had certain effect on the CO2 concentration of ambient air and caused water environmental pollution in different degrees.
