摘要
针对温室执行机构电力柜控制系统中存在的不足,提出了一种基于嵌入式技术的执行设备控制方法,设计的控制器采用五个单相磁保持继电器作为动作执行元件,通过过零点检测电路、继电器驱动电路,配合相应的嵌入式软件实现温室设备的实时监测与控制。试验证明,该控制器满足设计要求指标,具有一定的应用价值。
Considering the deficiency of power control system existed in greenhouse actuator controller,a novel control method based on embedded technologies was proposed.The actuator controller using five single-phase magnetic latching relays as major execution unit,through zero-crossing detection circuit and relay driver circuit,coordinating with corresponsive embedded software realized the real-time monitoring and control of greenhouse equipments.Results showed that the controller could meet the design requirements and had eertain practical use.
