在工程项目的质量管理过程中，主体设置质量责任是一种重要的管理手段。本文通过对建筑工程项目质量法律责任体系框架构建的相关内容的分析，为建设工程质量法律责任体系的完善奠定了理论基础。
In the process of construction quality, set the qu-ality responsibility for liability subject is an important means of management. This article analyzes the relative contents of legal liability system framework of construction quality, aim-ing at establishing the theoretical foundation for improve the legal liability system of construction engineering quality.
