激光电流和扫描速度对Nb-18Si-24Ti涂层的影响

摘要 初步探讨了采用单道激光熔覆工艺时电流密度和扫描速度参数对Nb-18Si-24Ti涂层在Ti-6A1-4V合金基体附着特性的影响.实验结果表明,单道激光熔覆层的显微组织为大量的不同取向的枝晶且弥散分布着颗粒相,激光能量密度大的熔覆层的显微组织更粗大.通过对比得出单道激光熔覆Nb-18Si-24Ti混合粉末工艺的最佳参数为:电流225A、扫描速度3.0mm/s、激光频率15Hz、离焦量15mm,激光光斑直径3.0mm及脉宽3.0ms.实验结果为采用激光快速成形技术制备Nb-Si基复合材料奠定基础. Effects of current density and scanning speed on formation of the Nb-18Si-24Ti coating on TI-6A1-4V by single-channel laser cladding were preliminary investigated in this work. The results revealed that the coating consists of plenty of different oriented dendrites and dispersed particles. The gain is bigger when the energy density of laser is larger. The best parameters are: current density is 225A, scanning speed is 3.0mm/s, laser frequency is 15Hz, defocusing amount is 15mm, laser beam diameter is 3.0mm, and pulse is 3.0ms. It believes that the present work would giveabasis for preparation of Ni-Si compounds through rapid laserprototyping technology.
