摘要 在冷轧带钢连续退火过程中加热温度的控制是确保产品性能合格的重要保证,带钢连续退火炉具有非线性、大滞后性、多干扰等特性,采用传统的PID控制已经不能满足现代控制要求,为使得控制系统具有更高的稳态精度和更快的动态响应,本文采用PID控制和模糊控制相结合的控制方法。通过仿真,得到了不错的控制效果,验证的本文提出方法的优点。同时,本文采用InTouch组态软件设计了对应的监控系统,并采用VB.net设计开发了数据查询和分析系统,实现了良好的人机交互。 In the process of cold rolling strip steel continuous annealing,heating temperature control is critical to ensure product performance qualification.Strip steel continuous annealing furnace has characteristics of nonlinearicmulti disturbance and large hysteresis quality. Using the traditional PID control can not meet the modern requirements. In order to make the control system higher steady-state accuracy and faster dynamic response, this paper adopts control method which combines the PID control and fuzzy control. Through the simulation, the good control effect is obtained, the advantages of the method proposed in this paper is verified. At the same time, this paper adopts a corresponding monitoring system with In Touch configuration software, also uses VB.net to design and develop the data query and analysis system, realizes the good htunan-computer interaction.
