摘要
提出了用智能化极谱仪(JP-303型),在HC1O4-H3 PO4-抗坏血酸体系中测定大量铟中锌的方法,锌浓度范围在0~300 μg/mL时与锌的峰电流呈正比,锌标准工作曲线线性相关系数大于0.999 8;所拟方法快速简便,不需分离铟便可直接测定0.00X%~XX%含量范围内的锌,样品加标回收率大于92%,样品多次(n=5)分析精密度满意,RSD<6%,解决了大量铟干扰锌测定的难题,效果良好.
A method for the determination of zinc in indium in the system of prechloric acid-phosphoric acid-ascorbic acid with a model JP-303 intelligent polarograph is reported. The zinc content is proportional to the peak current in its content range of 0-300. 0μg/mL. The correlation coefficient is over 0. 999 8. The method is quick and simple, and it can directly determin zinc in the concentration range of 0.00X%- XX% without the separation of indium . The recovery is over 92% and the relative standard deviation is 〈6% with satifactory precision. The inference of a large amount of indium on the determination of zinc was solved and thus good results were obtained.
